School Council Expression of Interest (EOI)

Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Service at Bass Valley Primary School

Third Party OSHC Providers are invited to complete an EOI to deliver an OSHC Service at Bass Valley Primary School as part of our grant application under the Department of Education Round 4 OSHC Establishment Grants Initiative.

The EOI form is provided below and must be submitted no later than 5pm AEST Wednesday 30^th August 2023.
